Description
Leading a Professional Change: Clarify Your Direction, Decide and Take Action
Thirty minutes online to turn a desire for professional change into a first dated decision
- 0.07 days — 0.5 h
- In-person or virtual
- All levels
- Up to 6 participants
Changing role, profession or organisation often remains at the level of intention. Questions pile up, the timing never feels right and energy dissipates between competing hypotheses. Without a method, hesitation lasts far longer than it needs to.
A thirty-minute virtual module to lay the groundwork: naming what you want to change, checking what is genuinely within your control and committing to a first dated action. The very short format is designed to create immediate momentum rather than to build a complete career transition plan over several days.
Learning objectives
- State the intended professional change in a single sentence
- Distinguish what is within your control from what is not
- Identify the sources of support available in your professional network
- Commit to a first action with a date and a verifiable outcome
