Description
Managing with AI: Equipping Your Daily Practice, Framing Usage and Supporting Your Team
Save time on repetitive management tasks and set clear usage rules for your team
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Conversational assistants are already in use across many teams without anyone having defined what is permitted. Each person invents their own rules for the information they share, and the manager discovers the practices at the same time as the mistakes.
These two days are designed for managers who want to use these tools in their own work and to frame their team's use of them. Participants experiment with concrete management use cases, then build internal rules and prepare to support their team members. No technical background is required.
Learning objectives
- Identify the management tasks where an assistant delivers a genuine gain
- Formulate precise instructions to obtain a usable output
- Review and correct a generated output before using it
- Define usage and confidentiality rules for your team
- Support your team members in adopting these tools
