Description
Motivation and Engagement: Diagnosing the Levers, Taking Action and Sustaining Momentum
Two days to understand what genuinely engages your team members and to act on levers within your reach
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Internal surveys point to a decline in engagement, yet nobody knows where to begin. Bonuses and team events produce an effect that fades quickly. Managers have few financial levers available and are looking for what truly depends on them.
Two days to address motivation on solid foundations. You will distinguish what relates to satisfaction from what produces lasting engagement. You will examine the levers available to a manager, such as autonomy, purpose and recognition. You will leave with differentiated actions defined person by person.
Learning objectives
- Distinguish short-lived satisfaction from lasting engagement at work
- Identify the motivation levers available to a manager without financial means
- Analyse the causes of individual disengagement based on observed facts
- Conduct a conversation with a team member who has withdrawn from the collective dynamic
- Build an action plan differentiated according to each team member's expectations
