Description

Motivation at Work: Identifying Your Drivers, Rediscovering Purpose and Regaining Momentum

Two days to understand what fuels your engagement and to rediscover concrete reasons to move forward

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Motivation sometimes fades without any dramatic trigger. The role has not changed, but the tasks all look alike, results seem to have no effect, and you find yourself doing only the minimum. This quiet disengagement affects the quality of the work long before anyone around you notices it.

This 14-hour programme helps participants put words to what has gone off track. They identify their personal drivers, separate what stems from the organisation from what stems from their own attitude, and then build realistic actions to regain a grip on their work.

Learning objectives

  • Identify your personal drivers of engagement at work
  • Distinguish organisational causes of demotivation from personal ones
  • Recognise which tasks generate energy and which drain it
  • Articulate what gives meaning to your role in your current context
  • Build a re-engagement plan based on levers within your reach

What makes this programme different

An individual mapping of tasks by energy level
Work on the real room for manoeuvre within your current role
An adjustment request prepared and rehearsed before the end of the two days
