Description

Navigating Change: Understanding the Stages, Responding and Regaining Your Bearings

Move through a reorganisation or a change of systems without passively enduring each stage

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

An organisational change is decided quickly and experienced slowly. Between the announcement and the return to stable working, teams go through phases of doubt and loss of bearings that no one has prepared them for. Reactions are then attributed to individuals rather than to the process.

This short virtual module offers a clear reading of the stages people go through during a transition and of the levers available at each phase. You identify your usual reactions, establish what remains within your control, and leave with an action plan limited to three commitments.

Learning objectives

  • Position the stages experienced during a professional change
  • Identify your usual reactions to an announcement you did not choose
  • Distinguish what lies within your influence from what does not
  • Formulate a request for information or support from your management
  • Identify anchor points to stabilise your daily working life
