Description
Non-Financial Data in Mid-Sized Companies: Collecting, Consolidating and Leveraging Your Indicators
Turn ESG data into a financial argument with banks, investors and major clients
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
In mid-sized companies, non-financial data already exists but remains scattered: consumption figures tracked by technical teams, social indicators held by human resources, supplier commitments known only to the procurement function. Without consolidation, this information serves neither internal performance management nor the dialogue with providers of capital.
These two days focus on making the most of this data rather than on producing a regulatory report: consolidating sources, building a concise dashboard, aligning it with financial data and developing a clear case for banks, investors and large clients.
Learning objectives
- Identify the non-financial data already produced within the company
- Consolidate this data into a concise set of performance indicators
- Link non-financial indicators to existing financial indicators
- Build a compelling case for providers of capital and major clients
- Organise the updating of indicators over time
