PMP: International Project Manager Certification – Revise, Practise, Succeed

An intensive revision and exam practice programme to validate your project delivery practices

Experienced project managers know their ground but often struggle with the examination itself: standardised terminology, situations described out of context and questions that expect the answer given by the reference framework rather than the one drawn from the field. Revising alone frequently means neglecting one of the two families of approaches assessed.

These thirty-five hours alternate between a structured review of the examination domains and practice on questions reviewed in detail. Registration for the examination is included in the programme and scheduled from day one. The work covers both the method for reading question stems and the content of the reference framework.

  • Translate a real-world situation into the standardised terminology expected
  • Select the predictive, agile or hybrid approach relevant to the context described
  • Analyse a multiple-choice question stem and rule out distractor answers

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
