Description
Power Automate: Designing, Testing and Securing Reliable Automated Flows
Automate repetitive day-to-day tasks with Power Automate without writing a single line of code
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Copying attachments to a shared folder, chasing an approver, re-keying form data into a spreadsheet: these tasks consume considerable time at the expense of analytical work. They are also a recurring source of omissions and data-entry errors that nobody detects until the review stage.
Over two days, participants learn to build reliable Power Automate flows: triggers, actions, conditions, loops and error handling. Each participant automates their own use cases during the session and leaves with working flows, along with sound testing and maintenance habits.
Learning objectives
- Identify repetitive tasks where automation delivers a genuine gain
- Build an automated flow from a trigger and a sequence of actions
- Use conditions loops and variables within a flow
- Connect Power Automate to the Microsoft 365 applications
- Test correct and monitor the execution of live flows
