The monthly dashboard often absorbs several days of manual reworking in Excel before it can be circulated. Source files change format, copy-and-paste operations multiply, and no one can trace where a disputed figure came from. The outcome is familiar: the team spends its time producing data instead of analysing it.

This one-day programme addresses the industrialisation of that chain with Power BI and Excel. The seven hours cover source structuring and transformation queries, the construction of a robust data model, the writing of reusable measures, and the organisation of publication and scheduled refresh.

Before the programme

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
