Power BI has spread quickly across the organisation. Everyone publishes reports in their own workspace, the same indicators circulate in several versions and no one knows who has access to what. Refreshes fail without anyone knowing which gateway is at fault, and licence requests arrive with no arbitration.

This one-day programme lays the foundations of service administration and governance. Participants explore the admin portal and tenant settings, organise workspaces and roles, learn to manage gateways and refresh schedules, then put in place a naming and publishing framework that curbs report proliferation.

Teaching methods

Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
