The presentation is due tomorrow and building the deck absorbs most of the time. Slides pile up, tables are copied across, an acceptable image is hunted down, and the key message eventually disappears beneath the detail. The result is hard to read and even harder to deliver.

Two hours in a virtual workshop to use generative artificial intelligence at the right moments in the build. You have an outline produced and challenged before opening the presentation software. You generate and select the illustrations that genuinely add value. You leave with a deck in progress and a repeatable method for the next ones.

Defining what you want to achieve

  • Wording the key message and the decision expected
  • Describing the audience and its level of knowledge of the subject
  • Producing a presentation outline that is discussed and adjusted
  • Choosing a duration and a number of slides consistent with the speaking time

2Producing the slide content

One idea per screen

  • Reducing dense text to headings and short bullet points
  • Turning data into a readable table or chart
  • Writing the speaker notes
  • Keeping the wording consistent from one slide to the next

3Illustrating and verifying

Visuals that support the message

  • Generating illustrations and diagrams suited to a professional context
  • Choosing between several options based on readability when projected
  • Verifying the figures and statements carried over into the deck
  • Precautions on the use of generated images and on source attribution

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
