Description

Professional Intelligence Gathering and AI: Collect, Filter and Share Useful Information

An intelligence routine that fits into thirty minutes a week and genuinely informs your decisions

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Monitoring is rarely organised: alerts pile up, articles are set aside and never read again, key information arrives by chance in the middle of a conversation. As a result, a market shift or a new development is discovered far too late, once competitors have already acted on it.

One day to build a sustainable intelligence system: define your themes and keywords, select reliable sources, use artificial intelligence to summarise and classify content, then circulate a useful brief to the people who need it. Each participant leaves with a written monitoring plan and a first brief produced during the session.

Learning objectives

  • Define your monitoring themes and the associated keywords
  • Select reliable sources and discard content that cannot be verified
  • Use AI to summarise and classify a set of contents
  • Produce and circulate an intelligence brief tailored to its recipient

What makes this programme different

A written and workable personal monitoring plan by the end of the day
An intelligence brief produced and presented orally during the session
A verification method applied before any information is circulated
