Description
Project Management and AI: Planning, Tracking and Decision-Making with Assistants
Two days to put AI to work in your project governance without ever losing control of the decisions
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Project managers spend an increasing share of their time producing minutes, reworking schedules and reformulating the same information for three different audiences. Generative tools promise to absorb that load, but used on an ad hoc basis they mainly add one more round of proofreading.
These 14 hours are designed for experienced project managers. Participants learn to embed assistants into their governance routines, to prepare an assisted schedule and risk analysis, to produce reliable minutes from their own notes, and to decide what must stay outside these tools.
Learning objectives
- Identify governance tasks that can be automated without loss of control
- Prepare a schedule and a risk analysis supported by a model
- Produce reliable minutes from meeting notes
- Adapt project communication to the different stakeholders
- Define the information that must never be shared with an external tool
