QHSE Internal Auditing: Preparing, Conducting and Reporting an Integrated System Audit

Audit the quality, health and safety and environmental requirements of a single process in one visit

When an organisation merges its quality, safety and environmental systems, its auditors often remain specialised: three visits to the same workshop, three reports, three action plans, and a process owner who no longer knows who to answer to. Integrated auditing calls instead for a single framework and an auditor able to move from one requirement to another within the same interview.

Two days to build an audit programme and interview guides common to all three dimensions, verify risk control and compliance on site, then report classified findings. Audits focused solely on ISO 9001 are covered in a separate module.

Seeing what the documents do not say

  • Observe the workstation and actual working practices
  • Verify the control of risks and environmental aspects

  • Manage tense situations during the interview

4Findings, Reporting and Follow-Up

Making the audit useful to the system

  • Classify findings according to their nature and severity
  • Write non-conformities that the process owner can understand
  • Lead the closing meeting in front of management
  • Monitor actions and measure their effectiveness

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
