Malicious acts rarely exploit a technical flaw. They exploit a storeroom left unlocked, a shared access card or a visitor walking unescorted through a restricted zone. Teams know how to react to a fire alarm yet remain uncertain when faced with an intrusion, an internal theft or an unattended item. Instructions usually exist but are neither known nor applied day to day.

In three hours delivered virtually, this session sets out the vocabulary of site security, distinguishes the main types of hostile act and provides a practical grid for reading the vulnerabilities of a site. Each participant leaves with the reporting reflexes and the first protective measures that apply to their own workstation.

Knowing what to do in the first few minutes

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
