Description

Theatre Improvisation: Accept the Offer, Build On It, Create Together

A full day on your feet, training to welcome other people's ideas and build with whatever comes

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

In meetings, new ideas often meet the same reflex: yes, but. The suggestion is judged immediately, the person who voiced it withdraws, and the group returns to what it already knows. The same pattern repeats whenever something unexpected happens or an unusual request arrives.

This 7-hour in-person day uses theatre improvisation exercises to work on that posture. Standing and moving, participants practise receiving an offer, building on it, owning a mistake in front of others and creating a shared story. Every exercise is followed by a structured transfer back to the workplace.

Learning objectives

  • Receive a colleague's proposal without judging it immediately
  • Build a response that extends the other person's idea
  • Keep an exchange going despite a mistake or a silence
  • Adapt your posture and voice in front of a group
  • Transfer the reflexes practised to a real professional situation

What makes this programme different
