Description

Time Management: Analysing Your Days, Setting Priorities and Organising Your Workload

A short programme to regain control of your schedule and stop chasing urgent demands

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Days fill up on their own. Meetings, calls and last-minute requests absorb most of the available time, while substantive files slip from one week to the next. Activity is intense, yet the sense of real progress remains low and the workload eventually affects the quality of the work delivered.

A short programme, delivered in person or virtually, designed to assess how your time is actually used and correct what can be corrected. You analyse how your days are distributed. You learn to arbitrate between competing requests and to organise your workload across the week. You leave with personal rules adapted to your role and to your constraints.

Learning objectives

  • Analyse how your time is actually distributed across a typical week
  • Identify the personal and organisational causes of fragmentation
  • Arbitrate between requests according to their importance and deadline
  • Organise your workload across the week while allowing for unforeseen events
