Training Delivery and Generative AI: Design, Deliver and Assess Differently

Trainers are experimenting with generative AI tools to prepare their sessions, often without any method. Outputs arrive quickly, look convincing and sometimes turn out to be inaccurate or disconnected from the participants' actual business context. The question of what must remain in the trainer's hands during delivery is still open.

This three-hour workshop alternates between production and control. Each participant works on a module they genuinely deliver, generates activities and materials, applies a verification checklist, then tests the result in front of the group.

  • Generate cases, quizzes and role-play scenarios that can be used in session
  • Check the accuracy and relevance of generated content before release

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
