Shipments are often handed to the same providers out of long-standing habit, with no serious comparison of the available solutions and little command of the documents that travel with the goods. When a delivery arrives damaged or late, responsibility is passed back and forth between shipper, carrier and consignee, and reservations were never recorded in the required form.

These two days provide the operational reference points of freight transport. Participants distinguish the modes and the players involved, understand the role of transport documents, learn to build and compare quotations, and master the handling of a claim from the initial reservations through to the formal letter of complaint.

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
