Virtual Training Delivery: Designing Sequences, Facilitating Online and Following Up

Two days to design and deliver virtual training without simply replaying a classroom session on camera

A virtual course that follows the classroom running order exhausts everyone. Attention spans are shorter behind a screen. Silences stretch out. Cameras switch off and the trainer talks alone, with no idea who is still following. The problem rarely lies with the platform and almost always with the design.

These 14 hours focus on designing and facilitating virtual training. Participants learn to rebuild a sequence for an online format, to decide what happens live and what is done independently, and to run a virtual classroom that keeps the group working. They also address how to follow up learners between live sessions.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
