Description

Wellbeing at Work: Test Three Practices, Assess Them and Embed Them

Three hours to try out three simple wellbeing practices and fit them into your working day

  • 0.43 days — 3 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Advice on wellbeing at work is everywhere and rarely changes anything. The suggestions take too long to set up. They sit too far from the real rhythm of a busy day. Monday's good intention has vanished by Thursday and the fatigue returns untouched, along with the feeling of having failed once again to look after oneself.

This 3-hour module is not a catalogue of tips. Participants test three short practices: a recovery breathing technique, then a brief attention reset between tasks, then a way of organising the day around energy levels. Each practice is tried during the session and assessed by the participant. Everyone leaves with the one that suits them and a clear cue to trigger it.

Learning objectives

  • Try out a recovery breathing technique that works in two minutes
  • Practise a short attention reset between two activities
  • Organise a typical day around personal energy variations
  • Assess the effect of each practice on your own level of tension
  • Select one practice and define the precise moment that triggers it

What makes this programme different

Three practices genuinely tried out rather than simply described
A personal assessment of the effect felt after each attempt
A concrete trigger chosen to embed the practice you retain
