Description
AI-Assisted Reversibility Plan: Scoping, Drafting and Stress-Testing a Provider Exit
Prepare the exit of a service provider using AI support to produce a reversibility plan that is genuinely usable
- 0.43 days — 3 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Reversibility is discussed when the contract is signed and then forgotten until the day the provider has to be replaced. The data sits in a proprietary format, the documentation is incomplete and nobody knows how long the handover will take. The plan remains a contractual paragraph with no operational substance.
This three-hour virtual session shows how to produce a workable reversibility plan with the support of an artificial intelligence assistant. Participants scope what has to be taken back in-house, generate and then correct the expected deliverables, and stress-test the plan through an exit scenario.
Learning objectives
- Define the scope of data documentation and skills to be taken back in-house
- Structure a reversibility plan into phases and deliverables
- Write precise instructions for an artificial intelligence assistant to produce these deliverables
- Review and correct generated outputs before circulating them
- Stress-test the plan through a time-boxed exit scenario
