Description
Artificial Intelligence and Marketing: Frame, Test and Deploy
Identify the AI use cases that save marketing teams time and roll them out without exposing the organisation to risk
- 1.5 days — 10.5 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Marketing teams experiment with AI in a scattered way: one person drafts copy, another analyses a spreadsheet, with no overall view and no shared rules. The gains stay individual, the output quality varies from one person to the next, and questions around personal data and usage rights are never settled.
One and a half days to step back: review marketing use cases for AI from content production to data analysis, select those worth the investment, then build a roadmap and a set of usage rules. The short format forces choices, and each participant prioritises three use cases to launch.
Learning objectives
- List the AI use cases applicable to the team's marketing activities
- Assess each use case against expected gain and implementation difficulty
- Use AI for marketing data analysis and market monitoring
- Define usage rules and the data that must never be shared with external tools
- Build a deployment roadmap covering one quarter
