Description

Psychosocial Risks: Assessment, Action Plan and Indicator Tracking

Bring objectivity to psychosocial risks and turn the assessment into an action plan that is genuinely followed through

  • 3 days — 21 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • All levels
  • Up to 6 participants

The signals are already present in the organisation: repeated absences, tension within a team, unexplained resignations. Yet the discussion quickly stalls on what belongs to work and what belongs to personal life, and the assessment that was launched leads nowhere because no action truly addresses the way work is organised.

Three days to build a complete approach, from assessment through to indicator tracking. A single company case runs throughout the session and every participant leaves with a protocol template and a monitoring dashboard.

Learning objectives

  • Characterise the psychosocial risk factors present in an organisation
  • Select and conduct an assessment method suited to your context
  • Build an action plan that acts on the organisation of work
  • Conduct a conversation with an employee in difficulty
  • Set up the monitoring of actions and of their effects

What makes this programme different

The assessment and the action plan are built on one single case running across the three days
Participants leave with a protocol template and a monitoring dashboard
Individual conversations are practised through simulation with feedback on posture

  • Make use of the indicators already available within the organisation

  • Prioritise the situations to be addressed
  • Distinguish between primary
  • secondary and tertiary prevention
  • Formulate actions that act on the organisation of work
  • Cost and schedule the selected actions

4Handling individual situations

Taking action when a person is in difficulty

  • Recognise warning signals in a team member
  • Conduct a conversation with a person in distress
  • Arrange referral to the appropriate support resources
  • Prepare a return to work after a long absence

5Monitoring and embedding over time
