CSR monitoring piles up in shared folders and nobody can say what has actually changed since last quarter. Alerts arrive from every direction, requirements overlap, and operational teams receive information they cannot connect to their own activity. The monitoring exists, but it produces no decision.

This three-hour virtual workshop covers the construction of a CSR monitoring reference base: selecting and ranking sources, qualifying incoming information, structuring the reference base and designing distribution circuits. The aim is simple: every piece of information captured should lead to an identified action that is then tracked.

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
