Description

ISO 26000 and CSR Frameworks: Comparing, Aligning and Choosing Your Reference Framework

Find your way between ISO 26000, labels and reporting frameworks to build a coherent CSR framework

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Organisations are accumulating reference frameworks for social responsibility. ISO 26000 serves as the foundation, a sector label is being targeted, and clients send their own questionnaires. Teams end up producing the same information several times over, in incompatible formats.

This programme focuses on comparing and aligning frameworks, unlike a course devoted solely to internal roll-out. Over two days, participants master the structure of ISO 26000, then position the main frameworks, labels and rating systems. They identify where these overlap and build the combined framework suited to their own organisation.

Learning objectives

  • Position ISO 26000 in relation to other social responsibility frameworks
  • Describe the structure of the standard and its core subjects
  • Compare the main frameworks, labels and non-financial rating systems
  • Identify overlaps between frameworks to avoid duplicated work
  • Select the reference framework suited to your sector and the size of your organisation
  • Organise indicator collection so that the data can serve several frameworks

What makes this programme different

A framework comparison matrix is built during the session and given to participants
Client questionnaires actually received by participants are analysed in the room
A single set of indicators is built to answer several requests at once
