Description

HR Communication: Building Messages, Choosing Channels and Measuring Impact

Making sure employees and candidates know what your HR policy actually delivers

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Organisations invest in training, mobility and quality of working life, yet employees often remain unaware of it. HR messages arrive in no particular order, get lost among other internal communications and are neither read nor believed. Candidates then discover an employer image that does not match day-to-day reality.

Two days to build a coherent HR communication plan, with prioritised messages and channels selected according to each audience. Every participant leaves with a plan built around a live HR topic from their own organisation.

Learning objectives

  • Identify internal and external audiences and their expectations
  • Formulate clear and verifiable HR messages
  • Select the channels suited to each message
  • Build an annual HR communication plan
  • Measure how messages are received and adjust the plan

What makes this programme different

Drafted messages are tested on readers who are unfamiliar with the subject
