Description

Artificial Intelligence and HR Data: Analyse, Verify and Govern

A one-day virtual session to apply artificial intelligence to your HR data without losing control of the results

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Artificial intelligence tools are now within reach of every HR team. Uses are multiplying without any framework, and payroll data sometimes ends up uploaded to external services. Outputs are taken at face value even though they may rest on incomplete or misunderstood data.

This virtual day combines demonstrations and hands-on practice. Participants see what these tools actually do with HR data, learn how to prepare a data set, how to frame a usable analysis request and how to check what is returned to them. One part of the day is devoted to precautions on personal data and to uses that should be ruled out.

Learning objectives

  • Distinguish relevant human resources use cases from those that should be ruled out
  • Prepare an anonymised and usable HR data set
  • Frame a precise analysis request and verify the result obtained
  • Identify interpretation errors produced by an automated analysis
  • Apply data protection precautions in day-to-day use

What makes this programme different

Guided hands-on practice on an anonymised HR data set
A comparison between an automatically generated analysis and one verified manually
A list of uses to rule out, built with the group and justified point by point
