Description

Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment: Sourcing Tools, Writing and Screening

Save time on repetitive recruitment tasks without handing decisions over to a generative tool

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Generative artificial intelligence tools promise a job advert in seconds and automatic screening of applications. In practice the texts produced all look alike, the screening criteria remain opaque and the recruiter loses sight of what led to a profile being set aside.

A one-day workshop to test these tools on real recruitment tasks: writing job adverts and outreach messages, building sourcing queries, preparing interview frameworks and supporting the comparison of applications. Every output is checked and then reworked.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the recruitment tasks where a generative tool genuinely saves time
  • Formulate precise instructions to obtain texts that can actually be used
  • Produce differentiated job adverts and outreach messages
  • Build sourcing queries and interview frameworks with tool support
  • Check outputs and spot the errors and biases introduced
  • Frame the use of these tools with regard to candidate data

What makes this programme different

The full day is spent working hands-on on participants' own workstations
Tool-generated texts are compared with manually written versions
A library of ready-to-use prompts is built and taken away
