Description

Microsoft 365: Organise Your Files, Collaborate and Streamline Your Working Day

Use Microsoft 365 as one coherent environment and stop working through email attachments

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

The tools are installed but working habits have not followed. Files travel as attachments and come back in several competing versions. Meetings are prepared by email. The licence is paid for while usage remains that of isolated desktop software.

These two days reorganise everyday practice in Microsoft 365. You structure storage between personal space and team space. You work with colleagues on a single document through co-authoring. You organise your teams and channels in Teams. You finally regain control of your mailbox and calendar and automate a few repetitive tasks.

Learning objectives

  • Choose the appropriate storage space between OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Co-author a document and manage versions without creating duplicates
  • Structure a team and its channels in Teams
  • Organise your mailbox and calendar with Outlook
  • Automate a simple repetitive task using the tools in the suite
