Description

Artificial Intelligence in Sales: Automating, Writing and Preparing Client Meetings

Two days to embed artificial intelligence tools in the daily routine of a sales team

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Generative artificial intelligence tools have reached sales teams without any instruction manual. Everyone experiments individually, producing standardised messages, or gives up for lack of results. The client data entrusted to these tools also raises questions that nobody settles.

These 14 hours of training address the professional use of artificial intelligence across the sales cycle. Participants build writing instructions adapted to their own offer. They automate meeting preparation, the qualification of inbound enquiries and the writing of call reports, then set usage rules for client data.

Learning objectives

  • Formulate precise instructions to obtain usable commercial copy
  • Prepare a client meeting from information gathered automatically
  • Write a call report and its follow-up message from raw notes
  • Qualify inbound enquiries against criteria defined in advance
  • Set usage rules that protect the client data entrusted to these tools

What makes this programme different

A library of writing instructions built on the participants' own offers
A complete meeting-preparation sequence carried out on a real account
A client data usage charter drafted collectively at the end of the programme

Programme

1Uses of AI across the sales cycle

Where the machine saves time

  • Sales tasks that can be automated and those to keep in human hands
  • Expected quality of a text produced by a generative tool
  • Limitations and frequent errors in the answers obtained
  • Criteria for choosing between a general-purpose tool and an embedded one

2Assisted writing

Instructions that produce usable copy

  • Structure of an effective writing instruction
  • Integrating client context and elements of the offer
  • Rephrasing and iterating on an inadequate result
  • Controlling tone and removing empty phrases

3Preparing and following up client meetings

From the account file to the call report

  • Automatic gathering of information on an account
  • Preparing questions and the objections to expect
  • Producing a call report from raw notes
  • Generating follow-up messages and updating the client record

4Qualification and rules of use

Handling inbound flows without exposing data

  • Qualification criteria applied to inbound enquiries
  • Prioritising opportunities according to explicit rules
  • Client data that must not be entrusted to an external tool
  • Internal usage rules and transparency towards clients
