Description
Artificial Intelligence in Sales: Automating, Writing and Preparing Client Meetings
Two days to embed artificial intelligence tools in the daily routine of a sales team
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Generative artificial intelligence tools have reached sales teams without any instruction manual. Everyone experiments individually, producing standardised messages, or gives up for lack of results. The client data entrusted to these tools also raises questions that nobody settles.
These 14 hours of training address the professional use of artificial intelligence across the sales cycle. Participants build writing instructions adapted to their own offer. They automate meeting preparation, the qualification of inbound enquiries and the writing of call reports, then set usage rules for client data.
Learning objectives
- Formulate precise instructions to obtain usable commercial copy
- Prepare a client meeting from information gathered automatically
- Write a call report and its follow-up message from raw notes
- Qualify inbound enquiries against criteria defined in advance
- Set usage rules that protect the client data entrusted to these tools
