Description
Closing the Sale: Reading Buying Signals, Removing Barriers and Securing Commitment
Two days to stop losing mature opportunities simply because no one asked for the decision
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Many lost deals were never actually refused. The salesperson presents, follows up, then waits for a sign that never comes. The client, for their part, has never been placed in a position to decide and keeps postponing without ever closing the door.
These 14 hours of training focus on the closing stage of the sales meeting. Participants learn to recognise buying signals, address last-minute objections and formulate a clear request for commitment. They also work on how to respond to a refusal and how to secure an order once it has been won.
Learning objectives
- Recognise the verbal and non-verbal signals that indicate a decision is within reach
- Confirm that the conditions for a decision are in place before closing
- Handle a last-minute objection without reopening the entire negotiation
- Formulate a request for commitment suited to the client's situation
- Secure the order obtained and prepare the next stage of the relationship
