Description

Navigating Change Well: Understanding Your Reactions, Adjusting and Bouncing Back

Getting through a reorganisation without draining your energy or giving up on what matters in your work

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

A new system, departments merging, a new line manager or a redefined scope: reorganisations follow one another and leave little time to take stock. Many people report a diffuse fatigue, a loss of clarity about what is expected of them and the feeling of being subject to decisions taken elsewhere.

Two days to understand your own reactions to change and regain room for action. The programme helps you distinguish what is genuinely at stake, identify your resources and build practical footholds for the months ahead, without denying the difficulties encountered.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the stages experienced during an imposed change
  • Recognise your own reactions and what triggers them
  • Distinguish what lies within your influence from what does not
  • Express your needs and questions to your line management
  • Build footholds to sustain your energy over time

What makes this programme different

The work starts from the changes participants are actually living through
Dedicated time is given to what can still be negotiated with line management
Each participant leaves with three practical footholds to activate on return

Programme
