Every department produces its own figures. Monthly revenue does not carry the same value depending on whether it comes from the sales system or from the accounting ledger, extracts are rebuilt by hand every month and nobody can retrieve the exact definition of an indicator. Management meetings are spent debating the data rather than making decisions.

This seven-hour programme lays the foundations of a data warehouse. Participants learn to distinguish transactional from analytical uses, to build a star schema for an analysis domain, to organise loading pipelines and to secure the quality and traceability of the figures delivered to business users.

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
