Description

Self-Coaching and Change: Clarify, Decide and Lead Your Own Transition

Three days to apply coaching tools to yourself and navigate a professional transition

  • 3 days — 21 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • All levels
  • Up to 6 participants

A reorganisation is announced, a role evolves, a team's remit changes. Many professionals simply endure these transitions because they lack the tools to take stock on their own: they wait for things to settle and lose control over their own choices.

This 21-hour programme teaches you to apply coaching tools to yourself: clarify the starting situation, set a realistic objective, identify your obstacles and your sources of support, then build a personal action plan. The three days alternate between guided self-analysis exercises and structured questioning sequences in pairs.

Learning objectives

  • Describe the change you are experiencing on the basis of observable facts
  • Formulate a realistic personal transition objective with a clear deadline
  • Identify your internal obstacles and the resources you can draw on
  • Conduct structured self-questioning based on coaching practice
  • Build a personal action plan phased over six months
  • Assess the progress of your transition using indicators you have chosen

What makes this programme different

An individual thread throughout: each participant works on a transition genuinely under way
Structured questioning sequences in pairs, guided by a ready-to-use framework
A six-month action plan written and tested before the end of the three days
