Description
Hyperconnectivity: Measure Your Exposure, Filter and Set Boundaries
Three hours to measure constant connectivity and regain control of your attention
- 0.43 days — 3 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Checking work messages in the evening. Replying during annual leave. Keeping the phone within reach during a meal. Constant connectivity takes hold without any explicit decision. It creates a feeling of control and produces the opposite: work never really stops and recovery remains partial.
This 3-hour module begins with a personal stocktake. Participants measure their actual exposure, then distinguish the requests that call for an immediate reply from those that can wait. They then define their own boundaries and prepare how to communicate them to their professional environment.
Learning objectives
- Measure your actual exposure to work-related digital requests
- Distinguish urgent requests from those that can wait
- Define disconnection windows compatible with your role
- Communicate your availability rules to your professional environment
- Configure your tools to limit requests outside working hours
