Many organisations adopt Agile rituals without changing what is actually blocking delivery. Teams hold daily stand-ups, yet the scope stays frozen by contract, priorities shift mid-iteration and executives keep asking for a detailed twelve-month plan. Agility then becomes little more than a layer of vocabulary.

These three days address the effective implementation of an Agile approach. They begin with a maturity diagnosis and the choice of framework, then cover the structuring of roles and the backlog, coordination across several teams and change support. The intermediate level assumes prior practical exposure to Agile methods.

2Team Roles and Rituals

Establishing a way of working that produces decisions

3Backlog and Prioritisation

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
