AI Agents: Designing, Orchestrating and Deploying Autonomous Systems

Conversational assistants deliver value task by task, but every step still has to be triggered by hand. As soon as a process chains information retrieval, a call to a business tool and the drafting of a deliverable, the chain breaks: no one knows which decision was taken, or on which data it was based.

These 14 hours are designed for practitioners who are already comfortable with language models. Participants learn to break a process down into reliable tasks, to equip an agent with tools, to orchestrate several agents around a single objective and to instrument the whole system so that costs, errors and recovery points can be monitored.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
