Description
AI-Assisted Learning and Development Plan: Analyse, Build and Steer
Use artificial intelligence to make sense of training needs and track the plan while keeping full control over trade-offs
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Every year, the training needs collection exercise produces spreadsheets that are hard to work with. Inconsistent requests, duplicates, genuine needs buried among individual wishes: the time spent formatting data leaves little room for analysis, and decisions end up being made on instinct.
Two days to embed generative artificial intelligence tools into the design and monitoring of the learning plan: structuring needs, drafting specifications, comparing provider proposals and tracking indicators. Every output produced by the tool is verified by participants.
Learning objectives
- Identify the learning plan management tasks where artificial intelligence delivers real gains
- Write precise instructions to obtain usable outputs
- Structure and analyse a training needs collection using generative tools
- Draft training specifications and a provider comparison grid
- Review the outputs obtained and correct misinterpretations
- Govern the use of these tools in line with data protection requirements
What makes this programme different
