Description
AI-Assisted Multimedia Content: Produce, Review and Use Safely
Thirty minutes to frame the production of generative AI content before it goes out
- 0.07 days — 0.5 h
- In-person or virtual
- All levels
- Up to 6 participants
Everyone now produces text, visuals and video with the help of generative tools. Content is sometimes published without review, carrying inaccuracies that are hard to spot, images whose usage rights nobody has checked, and internal information passed to an external service without anyone asking the question.
This 30-minute virtual session installs one simple reflex before anything is published. Participants learn to frame a precise request, to review the output against a short set of systematic checks, then to recognise what should never be handed to a generative tool. The short format makes it suitable for raising awareness across large numbers of employees.
Learning objectives
- Frame a precise request to obtain usable multimedia content
- Review generated content by spotting inaccuracies and inconsistencies
- Identify the content that should never be handed to a generative tool
- Disclose the use of generative assistance in line with your organisation's rules
