Description
AI Awareness for Public Sector Administrative Teams: Understand and Apply
Understand what artificial intelligence genuinely changes in the day-to-day handling of administrative files
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Administrative teams in government entities are seeing artificial intelligence tools appear in their working environment without always knowing what these tools actually do, what happens to the data entered into them, or which responsibilities remain firmly with the employee. Usage is spreading in a scattered manner, sometimes on personal accounts, creating a risk of exposing sensitive information.
This seven-hour programme is designed for administrative roles: correspondence, front desk, case and file handling, secretarial work and departmental support. It explains how generative tools operate, demonstrates practical uses on everyday office tasks, and sets out the precautionary rules to apply day to day.
Learning objectives
- Explain in plain language how a generative AI tool works
- Identify the administrative tasks where AI genuinely saves time
- Write a precise instruction to obtain a usable output
- Check and correct a machine-generated text before it is issued
- Apply precautionary rules on data handled within a public sector entity
