Description
Artificial Intelligence in Communication: Framing, Producing and Reviewing
Two days to embed generative artificial intelligence tools into day-to-day communication production
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Communication teams are already using generative artificial intelligence tools, often without any shared framework. Texts start to sound alike, visuals raise rights questions and nobody is clear on who reviews what before publication. The promised time saving turns into late-stage rework.
This 14-hour programme is designed for communication professionals in post. It covers writing precise instructions, aligning outputs with an editorial line, creating visuals and setting up a review chain. The two days conclude with a written usage framework that can be applied directly within the participant's department.
Learning objectives
- Write detailed instructions that produce text aligned with an editorial line
- Build a reusable instruction set for the department's recurring formats
- Generate and edit visuals suited to a communication medium
- Detect factual errors and impersonal phrasing in generated output
- Formalise an internal usage framework setting out pre-publication checks
