CAPM: Entry-Level Project Management Certification – Learn, Practise, Pass

Without a long track record of leading projects, it is difficult to have project competence recognised on a CV. Graduates and project contributors know scattered tools but not the framework that connects them: they can maintain a schedule without being able to name the process it belongs to.

This thirty-five-hour programme covers the body of knowledge expected by an entry-level certification: terminology, life cycles, knowledge areas and agile fundamentals. It differs from the programme reserved for experienced project managers through a step-by-step progression that starts from first principles.

Prerequisites

No prior project management knowledge required; a level of English allowing the reference guide to be read is useful

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
