Description

Career Review: Revisiting Your Path, Mapping Your Skills and Deciding

Step back from your career path and turn a vague sense of questioning into a realistic professional project

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

After several years in the same environment, the desire for change is rarely expressed clearly. People know what they no longer want, and far less clearly what they are actually good at. Career paths are still described through job titles rather than through the skills genuinely exercised and transferable elsewhere.

Two days to conduct a structured career review: reconstructing your path, taking stock of your skills and experiential learning, clarifying your motivations, then testing your options against the realities of the internal and external market. Each participant leaves with a dated action plan.

Learning objectives

  • Reconstruct your professional path and identify its defining moments
  • Take stock of your technical and cross-functional skills based on real situations
  • Identify your motivations and your non-negotiable criteria
  • Recognise skills that are transferable to other roles
  • Test your development options against the realities of the job market
  • Formalise a dated action plan with your first practical steps

What makes this programme different

The work starts from specific professional situations rather than a list of personal qualities
