The team was consulted, yet the final decision took everyone by surprise. Co-creation meetings drag on without ever reaching a conclusion. A commitment made collectively is not honoured and no one feels answerable for the outcome.

A one-day intermediate programme for managers who already lead and facilitate teams. You will learn how to select the appropriate level of involvement topic by topic and announce it before opening the discussion. You will facilitate a collective decision-making sequence and work on the situations where collaborative approaches break down rather than on the ideal model.

Hold a management or team leadership responsibility and already have practical experience of running meetings.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
