Description
Communication Plan: Diagnose, Plan Activities and Measure Results
Move from a series of one-off activities to a structured annual plan that is prioritised and tracked over time
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Many communication teams work request by request. A brochure for one department, an event for senior management, a publication when time allows. Without a written plan, decisions are made under pressure and the budget is spent without anyone knowing what actually worked.
This 14-hour programme follows the exact sequence used to build a communication plan. Diagnosis, objectives, audiences, messages, channel selection, budget, schedule and indicators are addressed one after the other. Each participant works on the plan for their own organisation and presents it at the end of the programme.
Learning objectives
- Carry out a diagnosis of an organisation's existing communication
- Formulate communication objectives linked to the organisation's priorities
- Define priority audiences and the messages intended for them
