The compliance officer is appointed, sometimes on a part-time basis, and becomes the custodian of a programme whose budget and trade-offs sit elsewhere. Business lines consult the function after the fact, the corruption risk map ages quietly, and the question of personal exposure remains unclear for as long as no incident occurs.

This short format is designed for professionals already in post. Participants clarify the scope of the mandate and its delegation, revisit the components of the programme they are accountable for, then work through situations in which the compliance officer's warning is not heard by senior management.

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
