Description
Digital Tools and AI: Enriching a Programme, Delivering Differently and Measuring Impact
Two days to modernise an existing programme without stacking up tools that serve no learning objective
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Tools have multiplied faster than genuine practice. A collaborative wall here, an online questionnaire there, a video capsule produced and never used again. The programme becomes heavier, participants get lost between links, and no one can say what these additions have changed in terms of results.
These 14 hours are designed for experienced trainers who already run established programmes. The work starts from a real programme: identifying the points where a tool genuinely adds value, choosing with full awareness of the trade-offs, bringing generative tools into content production and delivery, then tracking the effects obtained. What matters is educational usefulness, not the number of tools deployed.
Learning objectives
- Diagnose an existing programme to identify the areas requiring change
- Select a digital tool according to the intended learning objective
- Use generative tools in the production of content and learning activities
- Integrate digital moments before, during and after a session
- Track the effects of the changes made to a programme
What makes this programme different
Programme
1Diagnosing the existing programme
Finding the real weak points
- Identifying the moments where attention and engagement drop
- Time-consuming tasks for the trainer and possible gains
- Expectations expressed by participants and by the sponsor
- Prioritising the changes to be undertaken
2Selecting and integrating tools
Objective before tool
- Families of tools and the educational function of each
- Selection criteria and questions to ask before adopting
- Integrating activities before, during and after the session
- Supporting participants who are less comfortable with digital tools
3What generative tools bring
Assisted production and delivery
- Support in producing cases, activities and questionnaires
- Adapting content to different audience levels
- Systematic review of the content obtained
- Precautions regarding the data entrusted to these tools
4Implementation and measuring effects
Checking that it actually makes a difference
- Progressive roll-out of the selected changes
- Simple indicators for tracking engagement and learning
- Collecting participant feedback on the new elements
- Deciding whether to keep, adjust or drop a tool
Who is it for
Experienced trainers, instructional designers and learning managers responsible for evolving existing programmes.
Prerequisites
Delivering or designing training programmes on a regular basis.
