Description

Enterprise AI Strategy: Setting Direction, Making Trade-Offs and Steering the Roadmap

One day to connect your AI initiatives to a budgeted and defensible roadmap

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Expert
  • Up to 6 participants

AI initiatives multiply department by department with no overall view. Two teams build tooling for the same need, budgets drift into scattered subscriptions, and the executive committee has no consolidated picture of the risks or the expected gains. Everyone moves fast and the organisation stands still.

This seven-hour programme builds the framework that is missing. Participants establish a baseline of current use cases and available data, define priority domains, decide between buying and building, size the resources required, and formalise a roadmap together with its governance arrangements.

Learning objectives

  • Establish a baseline of the organisation's AI use cases and data
  • Define priority domains in line with the chosen strategy
  • Decide between market solutions and in-house development
  • Size the human, technical and budgetary resources required
  • Formalise a roadmap supported by governance bodies
  • Build the monitoring indicators presented to the executive committee

What makes this programme different

A twelve-month roadmap drafted during the session
A build-or-buy decision grid applied to your own requirements
A governance model setting out who decides, who funds and who controls
